QBC concluded GUARANTEE CONTRACT OF SECURITY DEPOSIT with SMBC
On October 4th 2013, we concluded GUARANTEE CONTRACT OF SECURITY DEPOSIT of providing Funds Transfer Services with SUMITOMO MITSUI BANKING CORPORATION as we are subject to the performance deposit system defined in the Ordinance on Funds Transfer Service Providers. The funds for customers using PayForex are protected by SMBC, and customers have the right to receive a refund based on the regulations in Article 59 of the Ordinance on Funds Transfer Service Providers.
